When you contact us via email or submit a quote request, we may collect: your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and order details. We do not operate an automated checkout or payment system — all orders are handled manually by email.
When you visit our website, standard server logs may automatically record: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, date and time of access. These are used solely for security and technical purposes.
Order-related data is retained for 10 years as required by German commercial law (§257 HGB) and tax law (§147 AO). Email correspondence is stored for up to 3 years unless otherwise required.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via digantaraki.shop or by email with Digantaraki, Linnicher Str. 4, 52477 Alsdorf, Germany.
All orders are processed manually. Clicking "Add to Cart" or "Request a Quote" does not constitute a binding contract. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a written order confirmation by email. No upfront payment is required at the time of enquiry.
All prices shown are in Euro (€) and include German VAT (Mehrwertsteuer) at the applicable rate. Prices are valid at the time of display but may change without notice before a formal order confirmation is issued.
Payment terms will be stated in your order confirmation. We accept bank transfer (SEPA) and PayPal. Payment is due within 7 days of the order confirmation date unless otherwise agreed.
Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.
As a consumer (Verbraucher) within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at workshop@digantaraki.shop with a clear statement of your intention to withdraw. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you designate) take physical possession of the goods.
Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective or incorrectly described. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with German law (§§ 434 ff. BGB). Items are warranted to be free from material defects at the time of delivery. Colour variations in hand block print products are inherent to the artisan process and do not constitute a defect.
Our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent acts. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or breach of a material contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Aachen, Germany.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email for ODR purposes: workshop@digantaraki.shop. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

Email us at workshop@digantaraki.shop with your order reference, name, and reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly described. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund within 14 days to your original payment method. We may deduct the value of any diminishment in value if the item has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its quality and function.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

All orders are processed manually within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification by email.
These are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs clearance.
For deliveries within Germany and the EU, no customs duties apply. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
A tracking number will be provided in your dispatch email where available. Some standard shipping options may not include tracking.
